The jacket pipes are formed using a vacuum calibration process, resulting in smooth inner and outer surfaces, excellent corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, and long service life.

Vacuum feeding of PE granules → Hot air drying → Plasticizing extrusion → Mold forming → Vacuum sizing → Water cooling → Pipe hauling → Cutting → Pipe stacking
